Hey I’m Delilah,

A lifelong creatrix. Considered a multidisciplinary artist, I blend into many worlds. It’s hard to put a title on all that I “do” – but one thing throughout my entire life has always been true — the need to create. Whether it’s working on a Substack article, getting my hands dirty growing medicinal plants, painting, or designing a logo, you can always find me exploring different creative outlets.

I grew up in a small Pennsylvania coal mining town, which sets the stage for many of my odd occult and folklore interests. My grandmother reads tarot, and as a teenager, that sparked my curiosity, and I have been exploring oracle decks ever since. And as for the painting, well lets just say that's just something I’ve always done, even before getting my Bachelor of Fine Arts.

A palm reader once told me that as long as I am working to help the earth, people, or animals, I will always be happy — so, here I am.

If you are like me and have a hard time fitting into a box, then I hope you find my work relatable and comforting.

“The artist seeks contact with his intuitive sense of the gods, but in order to create his work, he cannot stay in this seductive and incorporeal realm. He must return to the material world in order to do his work. It's the artist's responsibility to balance mystical communication and the labor of creation.”
